Did you know that when plastering you don’t just put one coat of finished plaster on!
Why you ask!? Well the wet background of the second layer of plaster stabilises the drying time of the second layer allowing it to be controlled to a greater degree. Also this enables a more even flatter coat to be applied thus leaving a nicer finished that can be easily troweled up to create a lovely smooth to touch surface. Don’t forget the PVA sealant before painting!
